Service has been fantastic and delivered on time (well, slightly early ;-) ) completely understood my requirements and has created a program to match the equipment that i have, and has provided some amazing links on nutrition which i never knew about. Today will officially be my first session using the new program so time will tell on (a) my dedication to it and (b) how effective it is. I have no doubt though it will be very effective. Highly recommended with great fast response to my questions (I had a lot too). I opted for the super long program as these things take time. I am more than happy to answer any questions about the service if you wish.
