I will be your plastic injection molding subcontractor for one day with 8 hours of shift in Shenzhen, China.
We own several small to medium sized plastic injection molding machines from 5oz (108 Ton) to 12 oz (180 Ton) sizes.
Ability to mold your existing tool molds using any materials like ABS, PP, GPPS, HIPS, PMMA, PVC, etc....
Normal injection speed production for reference:
30 seconds per press = 640 presses (If 4 cavities per tooling mold, this would be about 2,560 pcs)
45 seconds per press = 960 presses (If 4 cavities per tooling mold, this would be about 3,840 pcs)
* This normally depends on your product size and also the wall thickness. The smaller the product, the thinner the plastic wall thickness, the faster production cycle can be expected.
